The Merlot from a red variety, with small black grapes, the Tempranillo, cultivated on chalky soil of the La Mancha region of sunny Spain.
The Merlot is subtle in the mouth with good balance, long tannins and a dry finish. Its deep, dense, ruby red, offers a superb aromatic palette and expresses itself through fruity aromas, including blackcurrants, blackberries alongside cherries and prunes.
