The Halal Institute is the entity responsible of certifying goods and services apt for consumption by Muslims in Spain and Mexico. With over 15 years of experience and more than 300 clients, such as Repsol, Nestlé or Alanda Hotel, the Institute is devoted to promote a standardized development of the Halal market in Spain and Mexico, through the gathering of initiatives, actions and projects which favor the integration of the Halal way of life as a global concept, a term that means ‘permitted, authorised, healthy, ethical or not abusive’ and, therefore, beneficial for human beings, the animal welfare, and the protection of the environment.
