Where do you do deliver?

We can deliver to any location within Singapore, with the exception of offshore and the following places:

  • All Islands outside of mainland Singapore (except Sentosa. We do deliver to Sentosa)
  • All Military Camps and Defence facilities
  • All Police, special operations and SCDF stations
  • All Military Airbases
  • All Naval Bases
  • All Sea Ports and Shipyards (Jurong Ports, Jurong Shipyard, Keppel Shipyard, etc.)
  • Parliament House
  • All Prisons or detention facilities
  • All immigration checkpoints including Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints
  • Senoko Incineration Plant
  • All Power Stations
  • Any general restricted area (Please call or email if you are unsure)

What happens if I am not home upon delivery? 

  • For Next Day service, we advise all out delivery partners to contact the recipient prior to arrival. In the event the recipient is not home, the parcel will be returned to our distribution centre for a re-delivery attempt the following day.
  • If re-delivery attempt failed, the parcel will be returned to the sender and the failed recipient will not have any right to be repaid for the failed delivery.
  • For Same Day service, delivery partners are advised to contact recipient prior to delivery. In the event the recipient is not home, the delivery partner will contact the recipient for further instructions.
  • If unable to contact the recipient at all, the parcel will be returned to sender and the failed recipient will not have any right to be repaid for the failed delivery.
  • The recipient can re-schedule a new delivery time, however, a new delivery charge will apply accordingly.
